Here in Alberta it was still winter a few weeks about but now all of a sudden it’s summer! It’s so warm and sunny and I have been loving spending time outside now that I won’t freeze! Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
I love to bake and one of the things I bake the most are cookies. I’ve found a great recipe on Pillsburry’s website that I’ve been using a lot. This chocolate chip cookie recipe is also great for keeping the dough in the fridge to make fresh cookies whenever you want.

One of the things on my winter to do list post was to go to the Edmonton Ice Castles in Hawrelak Park. I went to them last year for the first time and thought they were incredible so I knew I would have to go this year too.
Valentines Gift Guide
I’m so excited for Valentines Day. Kind of sucks that this year it’s on a Wednesday so I’ll be at work and won’t be home until at least 5:30pm. However, I plan on spending the evening with the ones I love; my boyfriend Johnny and my cat Luna.
