“You can’t always have the thing you want most. Sometimes, no matter how bad you want it… it’s just not meant to be.”
Review
Overall I did enjoy this book. It wasn’t my favorite romance book I’ve read but I still enjoyed it and the characters love story. I’m a big fan of an enemies to lovers trope so I enjoyed that aspect of this book. The one thing I didn’t like early on was how little Eli fought when Becca left. I would hope that if he cared so much he would have tried a little harder instead of giving up. I loved reading about the pull they had towards each other from the start of the book to the very end. You could really feel how much they were drawn towards one another despite any other circumstances. Overall, I would give this book a 3/5 stars.
And that’s the end of my Beneath The Stands by Emily McIntire book review. If you read this book let me know in the comments what you thought of it. If you’re looking for other books to read check out these reviews: Not Safe For Work, Meet Me At The Lake, and Beneath The Hood.
