Now that spring is upon us it’s time to dive into those spring fashion trends for 2020. Every year there are trends that come back of course because they are just classic. However, I’ve also noticed a couple new trends this year that I love and I think you will too.

Disco/Big Collar
I’m loving this trend. It hasn’t been seen much recently and it’s making a big statement. A large color is a great add on to an outfit and I can’t wait to see more of it.
Crochet/Netting
Crochet and netting is a trend I’m really excited about. This was a trend a little bit when I was a kid and it’s really coming back in full swing and better than it was. There’s so much you can do with this so I’m excited to see what we get from it.
Short Shorts
This trend may not be for everyone but it’s definitely all over the runways. Short shorts is something that’s come and gone over and over again but it’s back again this spring. This isn’t just jean shorts, it’s spandex, and cotton as well. Lots of different style available for this one so be sure to keep an eye out.
Highlighter/Neon Colors
This a fashion trend that comes around time and time again. I like to use this color more with just a dress or one piece outfit of some kind because ti can be difficult to style such bright colors. For an easy outfit in this trend stick to dresses and rompers and you’ll look great.
Business
This fashion trend has been slowly showing up more and more over the years and I’ve got to say I think it’s great. Suits aren’t just for men they are for women too. And there are just so many more things you can to do a women’s suit. If you aren’t completely comfortable going full suit I would suggest trying out some blazers to still get that business look we are going for with this trend.
Bra Top
The bra top trend is something we saw a little bit last year but is in full swing this spring. One thing I like about this trend is you can mix it with the crochet trend very easily. I know a bra top is very revealing but this looks great with a cardigan or blazer so you aren’t being too revealing.
Patterns
Patterns is always a huge trend around spring and summer time. There are just so many more options and so many more color options. One specific pattern I’ve loved seeing is all the tropical patterns. I think this is a great trend for this spring.
Feathers
Feathers is a classic trend I’ve seen coming back over and over again over the past few year. If this one makes you a little uncomfortable don’t worry, there are tons of options that aren’t so out there when it comes to the feather fashion trend.
Polka Dots
Polka dots seems to always be spring time trend and for good reason. This is a fashion trend that seems like it will never get old. You can incorporate polka dots in so many different ways so I can see it continuing to be around for a long time.
Suede
The fashion trend material of suede was not something I was expecting but must say I think it looks great. It’s been around for a while when it comes to shoes but not much more than that. This trend is a little different and I think it’s great.
Tube Top
The tube top is a trend you may remember from the 90’s and 2000’s. I know I remember this trend and had quite a few tube top’s myself. With all these trends coming back it only makes sense that this is another one of the returning trends.
Black and White
The black and white trend is one a lot of people probably weren’t expecting. When it comes to spring fashion trends you automatically think of all the bright colors. That’s a reason I think this trend is so well liked. It’s something different that a lot of people wouldn’t have been expecting.
Mint
I’m so obsessed with the trend of the color mint. Mint is such a great color especially for this time of year and it can be used in so many different ways. I’m excited to see more of this one.
