Recently I have been loving this new trend of palazzo pants. They have become increasingly more popular and I’m seeing them a lot more. When I first saw this style of pant I wasn’t exactly sure how to style it and thought you guys might have the same thought. So I decided to create a post with my advice for styling these pants.

Pants
The style of these pants us usually tight at the waist and gets larger until the end of the pant legs that is a boot cut style. A lot of these pants do have some sort of tie or belt at the waist giving them a cute look. What I love the most about these pants is they can have any color or pattern on them. This gives so much variation to the palazzo pants and gives you so many different outfit options with one style or pants.
Will it suit me?
I’ve seen palazzo pants styled on all different shapes and sizes of women and they all look so amazing in these pants. I think it is very rare for an item of clothing to look great on all body types. I bought my pair or palazzo pants pictured in this post at forever 21 and they did fit me great around the waist. However, because I am about 5 feet 4 inches tall they were a little long on me and I just got a friend to hem them for me and now they fit perfectly!
Styling
As far as tops to wear with these pants some of my favorite options are tight shirts tucked in, loose shirts tucked in, and cropped shirts. These work really great to show off the pants in a statement piece kind of way. As far as shoes I think this is really where you can dress up or dress down the outfit. By pairing the pants with sneakers or sandals you can dress down the pants into a more casual outfit. But if you wear heels or wedges with the pants it automatically makes this outfit so much more dressy.
