Laneige Pore Care Trial Kit Review

Laneige Pore Care Trial Kit Review

I’ve recently been on the hunt for some new skincare. I really wanted to try a certain brand and then only use everything from that brand. I’ve heard great things about Laneige so this post will be a Laneige Pore Care Trial Kit Review.

Products

Cleanser

The first product in the Laneige trial kit is the cleanser. I’ve used so many different cleansers so I was very open to trying this one out as well. I wasn’t expecting the way this cleanser would feel on my skin. I can only compare it to when you’re at the beach and accidentally get a little bit of sand in your sunscreen when you’re putting it on. I’m not saying this is a bad thing, I just wasn’t expecting it. I imagine this helps with the cleaning on your pores as well as exfoliating

Waterclay Mask

The next step is the Laneige waterclay mask. This is meant to be used once or twice a week. One thing I love about this product is it’s pretty much good for all skin types. The purpose of this mask is to help with pores, oiliness and uneven skin. My biggest hope was to help with the oiliness of my skin. I think it did a good job all around.

Toner

Next step is the Laneige toner. The specific kit I got came with the one for combination to oily skin so it ended up working very well for me. The purpose of this toner is replenish and retain the ideal moisture for your skin. I really think it helps with the oiliness of my skin and can’t wait to repurchase.

Hydrating Gel

The fourth step is moisturizer with the Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream. I noticed that I could use this cream in the morning and didn’t have any issues with my face feeling dry at all during the day. This product is actually meant to soothe and cool skin. They’ve done tests to prove that it does this and I can definitely see it.

Pore Blur Perfecter

And last up is the Laneige Pore Blu Perfecter. This is a wonderful finisher for the face infused with mint and pine extract to help reduce oil and minimize pores. I don’t usually use anything after I use my moisturizer so I loved having another useful step to my routine.

Effectiveness

Everyone skin is different but I really think these specific 5 products were made for my skin. These products cater mostly towards oily skin and pores and I think it really helped. I will definitely be repurchasing.

And that’s my Laneige Pore Care Trial Kit Review. I will also link some more of my favorite Laneige products that I’ve tried since I originally wrote this post.

  1. Thanks for this review Bri! Laneige has always been a brand that I wanted to try. I’m currently loving some products I’ve got from Fourth Ray Beauty (Colourpop’s skincare range); they’re super affordable and they have made wonders for my skin within days of using them.

    1. Ouu I will have to try that one out as well! 🙂
