Christmas Brownies and Peppermint Buttercream Recipe

Brownies Ingredients
- 1 package (4 oz) package of Baker’s unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 2 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
Pepermint Butter Cream Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Softened Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1-1/4 to 2 tsp Pepermint Extract
Brownies Directions
First thing you need to do is to melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes. If it’s not all melted, melt for 30 more seconds at a time and continue to stir. Once the chocolate and butter are meted you in add in your sugar. Then beat in your eggs and vanilla. Finally you can add in your flour and completely combine.Bake at 350F in a 9×13 pan sprayed with cooking spray for 30-35 minutes.
