Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

This is one of my favorite recipes. Anytime I have bananas that don’t get eaten this is the recipe I use to get rid of them. They are amazing as soon as they come out of the oven because they are a little crunchy on the outside and completely soft on the inside. Here is my banana chocolate chip muffins recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda
  • ½ tsp. of salt
  • Chocolate chips

Directions

This recipe is super easy. First thing you do is mash the bananas together in a bowl. Then add the sugar, oil, and egg and mix together. Next add all your dry ingredients and mix together. Lastly add your chocolate chips. I honestly just eye this but if I had to guess an amount I would say about a cup. Place your muffin holders into your muffin tin and fill about 2/3 full. I also add a few chocolate chips on top just to make sure that some muffins don’t have all the chocolate chips and others have none. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

I hope you try out this banana chocolate chip muffins recipe and enjoy it as much as I do! Thank you so much for reading 🙂 Be sure to follow and/or subscribe to my emailing list for updates.
