Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Today I’m going to teach you how to make one of my favorite recipes… chicken stir fry! What’s so great about chicken stir fry is that it’s a recipe you can really modify to your liking and have it taste a little different every time. You can defiantly just use my recipe below as a starter and change it to however you want 🙂

Ingredients:
  • 2 head’s of broccoli
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 2 medium size chicken breasts
  • Half a package of rice noodles (or more)
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp. of ketchup
  • 2 tsp of cornstarch

Directions

First thing I did was start cooking the chicken in a pan. If you are a vegetarian you don’t need chicken, it is optional. Meanwhile cut up all the veggies. Once the chicken is done cooking set aside and start cooking your veggies in another pan. They don’t take very long maybe 5 minutes depending on how much you have. They will be done when they are a little softer. Meanwhile start cooking your rice noodles, these only take 2-4 minutes depending on the ones you bought.  While you’re finishing cooking the veggies and rice noodles, now is a great time to make the sauce. The sauce I use is made of chicken broth, soy sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch. You can always use a different recipe for the sauce, that way your stir fry will always taste different 🙂 Next add the veggies, chicken, noodles, and sauce to a large pan and fry for about 3 minutes. Then your done!

As you can see the recipe is very quick and easy. It’s so tasty and pretty healthy too:) I would love to know if you make this and if you do what do you add to your chicken stir fry?
