The Kissing Booth book was written by Beth Reekles. I absolutely love the writing style of Beth and her ability to get you so into the book your reading. I read this book so quickly because of her ability to get you so enveloped in the story line and characters. I would love to read another series by Beth Reekles in the future.
Plot
The plot of this book revolves around best friends Elle and Lee. They’ve grown up together and are inseparable. However, when Elle and Lee decide to run a kissing booth at their school carnival and Elle kisses Lee’s older brother Noah this causes the start of lies and difficulties in Elle and Lee’s friendship.
What I love about this book is the amazing friendship that the story revolves around. However, there’s also some great love stories included in the plot line as well. I’m a sucker for a great love story but am so happy to see a great friendship story line as well.
The Kissing Booth Movies
So far only the first Kissing Booth movie is out but I love how well they did on it. They kept very true to the story line which is very difficult to do. The changes they did make to it movie I honestly really liked and thought it added some great depth to the story. The second movie is coming out end of July 2020 so you have a good amount of time to get the books read before the second movie is released. The third movie is also filmed and while be out most likely a year after the second movie.

Overall I loved this book series and could definitely see myself reading them again in the future. I could not recommend The Kissing Booth books enough and now with movies it makes it a lot easier to relive the story of Elle, Lee, and Noah over and over again.
